１-All cards provided by us are valid for one use only.
２-The cards must be entered as they are without changing or altering any item.
３- It is not permissible to replace or retrieve any card that has been permanently purchased for any reason.
４- After the card is delivered, User Cards is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product due to negligence, entering wrong data, or sharing the card with other people.
５- We are not responsible for any wrongly done process or any wrong choice of any card for any reason.
６- We are not responsible for any damage resulting from non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the platform on which the card is used.
７- User cards is not responsible for any payment process that took place without the knowledge of the owner, and it does not disclose any data to customers except in the competent authorities.
８- Your order will be sent immediately after the process is completed for the chosen destination, whether as an SMS message, an e-mail, or through the site itself.
９- Upon noticing the existence of any suspicious process or repeated and incorrect payment attempts, User Cards has the right to suspend the customer's account, invalidate the payment process and return the amounts to the paying account.
10- By registering on our site, you agree to receive notices and promotional messages from us.
11- When it is required to return any money, whatever the reason, to any customer, this is done within at least 3 for 5 working days.
12- When you face any problem, whether, in payment or digital cards, you must contact customer service as soon as possible on WhatsApp or support email.
13- All audio and video content included on the site is reserved for User Cards.
14- User Cards is governed by the laws of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and the provisions of the Kuwaiti judiciary.
